1. Information We Collect

We collect information strictly necessary to provide engineering consultations, fulfill hardware sample requests, and deliver technical support:

• Direct Inquiries: Name, work email address, phone number, company name, and technical project requirements submitted via our contact forms.
• Technical Diagnostics: Firmware diagnostic logs provided voluntarily by clients during ODM support or field commissioning.
• Website Diagnostics: Aggregated anonymous web traffic telemetry for load balancing and performance monitoring (no cross-site ad tracking).

2. Edge Computing & Industrial Telemetry

Our sensor platforms (including IGFO-100 and Mercury Z1) and Edge AI Gateways are architected for air-gapped on-premise deployment:

• All sensor signal processing, FFT vibration analysis, and anomaly detection occur locally on the edge silicon.
• No raw sensor streams or customer intellectual property are transmitted to external servers without explicit client configuration.
• Communications over Single Pair Ethernet (SPE), EtherCAT, Modbus, and OPC UA remain entirely inside customer private network boundaries.

3. Non-Disclosure & ODM Confidentiality

Custom hardware design, schematics, firmware source code, and bespoke mechanical enclosures developed under our Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) agreements are governed by strict bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Customer IP is never reused across competing client projects.

4. Cookies and Web Analytics

Our website uses strictly essential session cookies and local storage tokens to retain user preferences (such as Dark/Light visual theme preference). We do not deploy third-party advertising tracking scripts or behavioral ad-retargeting pixels.
